Step by step: how we handle an exchange
The whole exchange fits three moves: a request in the Telegram bot, the rate and the exact sum in euros, and — once you confirm — you send USDT or rubles and collect the euros, in cash at a meeting or to an account. From €300, our fee already inside the rate. Below, the same in detail.
The rate only applies at the moment of your request, so it lives in the bot, not on this page.
Step 1. A request in the Telegram bot
Three things are enough: what you are changing, for how much, and how you want the euros. Something like “USDT, this much, cash please” is plenty to start.
Then the bot asks what your route needs — network for USDT, sending method for rubles, town or area if a meeting is involved. Nothing spare: only what the deal needs.

Step 2. The rate and the sum
You learn the rate in the bot — it is missing from the site on purpose. Printed here, a figure would be stale within the hour and would only hand you a reason to argue.
One rate is named, for your route and amount, our fee already inside. Nothing turns up on top at the meeting or when the payment goes out — what the bot named is what you receive.
The quote is valid a limited time: the market moves, and we cannot hold yesterday's figure. If it ran out while you were thinking, ask for a fresh one — that happens constantly.
One point of order: the rate is confirmed first, your transfer second.
Step 3. Getting your euros
In cash at a meeting
The courier brings euros at the agreed time. Place and hour are settled in the chat: we work in Torrevieja and the Vega Baja, and trips around the district are routine. No permanent spots or addresses.

By transfer to your account (SEPA)
The euros go to your IBAN as an ordinary payment. The account must be in your name, Spanish or at another bank in the SEPA zone. Details: the payout to an account.
Pick the format before any funds move; changed your mind, say so before the deal starts.
Amounts and limits
The minimum is €300, on every route and both payout formats. Smaller sums we pass: a courier trip or a bank payment does not pay for itself on a deal that size.
The ceiling stays off the site, because it is not fixed. One rule stands: large sums are agreed in advance — the cash for them has to be gathered, and not at the click of a finger.
A word on the ruble route: your own bank transfer is added to our part there, so leave yourself some slack.
What the timing depends on
We promise no exact time: the chain is made of links that do not answer to us.
The first link is confirmation of your transfer. A crypto transfer is confirmed by the network, a ruble one by your bank; we speed up neither. The second is your diary: the meeting goes when it suits you. The third appears only with a payout to an account — the receiving bank works by its own rules.
So instead of a general figure you get an estimate for your own deal, given with the request.
What can go wrong
Three situations that come up most.
The USDT went out in the wrong network. The most common mistake, and the most annoying. Write to the bot straight away and attach the transaction hash. Sometimes the funds can be traced, sometimes not — it depends where it landed, and promising a result would be dishonest. Hence the question before you send.
The amount sent was wrong. More or less than the request said. No drama: we recalculate at the confirmed rate and name the new payout. If that drops the deal below €300, we work it out in the bot.
The rate moved in the meantime. If the quote expired before you sent the funds, we take a fresh one and show the sum again. If you sent after confirming, the fixed rate applies, and we will not recalculate it in our own favour.
