The rate and amounts
How do I find out the rate?
The bot names the rate for your route and amount. You say what you are changing and how much; back comes the rate and the exact euro sum you will get. Asking obliges you to nothing.
Why is the rate not on the site?
Because it is alive: a published figure drifts from the real one, and instead of clarity you get an argument at the meeting. In the bot it is tied to your request and the moment you asked.
Is your fee included in the rate?
Yes. Our fee sits inside the rate you are given. Nothing extra appears at the meeting or when the payment goes out — the sum named before the deal is what you receive. Outside our control is only the network fee on a USDT transfer, taken by the blockchain.
What is the minimum amount?
From €300, on every route and both payout formats. Below that we pass: preparing cash and sending a courier does not pay for itself on a deal that size. The ceiling stays off the site: large sums are agreed in advance.
What if the rate moves while I travel to the meeting?
Nothing. The rate is fixed before you send any funds and is not recalculated. The market can do what it likes; your confirmed deal is untouched. It changes in one case only: the quote expired before confirmation and you took a fresh one.
USDT and networks
Which USDT networks do you accept?
The major ones — TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and others. You confirm the exact network in the bot before sending: the list is not closed, and each request gets its own address.
How do I choose a network?
Look at two things: the transfer fee and the speed. They differ noticeably, and on a small sum the fee is felt. Unsure? Tell the bot where you are sending from and we will suggest what suits.
What if I sent it in the wrong network?
Write to the bot straight away and attach the transaction hash. Sometimes the funds can be traced, sometimes not — it depends where the transfer landed. Promising a result in advance would be dishonest, hence the question before you send.
What does USDT transfer speed depend on?
On the network and how busy it is. The blockchain confirms it, not us, and you see the status in your wallet as we do. Until confirmation arrives the exchange waits — the technical part, not a check of ours.

Rubles
Which account can rubles come from?
Your own account or card at a Russian bank, SBP included. We take no ruble cash — bank transfer only. The bot issues the details for your specific request; permanent ones do not sit on the site.
When does the exchange start after a ruble transfer?
From the moment the transfer lands. The pace of that step belongs to your bank and the sending method, so we name no timings. What to do if it hangs or bounces is covered where rubles and euros are explained in full.
Can you do euros into rubles?
We do run that route. Ask in the bot about terms, order of play and the rate — the site does not spell them out, because much depends on the sum and the method.
Getting your euros
Cash or an account: which to choose?
Cash suits everyday spending and the times money must be in your hand. A payout to an account is calmer for large sums and bills. Splitting one deal between the two works too — just say so in the request.
Where do we meet?
By arrangement, in Torrevieja and across the Vega Baja. Place and time are settled in the chat in advance, around your diary. We have no permanent spots, offices or addresses, and none are published here.
Can we meet in Orihuela Costa?
Yes, the courier drives out there — a usual run, not an exception. Campoamor, Playa Flamenca or Villamartin are all in the order of things. Spot and time are settled in the bot with the request.
Who decides when the money lands on the account?
The receiving bank. We send the payment; after that it travels by your bank's rules, and neither we nor you can push that step. So we put no timings on the site: any figure here would be a promise on someone else's behalf. How your bank usually behaves, it knows best.

What do you ask for during an exchange?
The minimum needed to do the deal: route, amount, transfer details and how you want the euros. What exactly your case needs, the bot will say as the request is drawn up. More under how we handle your data.

What should I write in the bot?

When do you reply?
We answer during the day. You can write at any hour — the message will not get lost. The meeting, though, goes when it suits us both: we do not work around the clock, worth knowing if it is urgent.
