One way to reach Obmen Torrevieja: the Telegram bot. It is also where you learn the rate, send a request and arrange the meeting.

How to reach us
The bot is the only channel. No phone, no email, no WhatsApp, no other messengers, and that is not temporary: the whole exchange runs in one place, so your deal does not scatter across three apps.
Everything happens there: you name the route and amount, get the rate and the exact euro sum, confirm, and agree a time. The order of play is on how an exchange goes.
When we reply
We answer during the day. Write at any hour — the message will not get lost, but we run no round-the-clock shift.
The meeting goes at a time that suits us both. A large sum is better discussed early: the cash has to be prepared.
Who we are
A small team that lives and works here in the Vega Baja. Not a chain of offices, not an exchange platform — ordinary people whom neighbours come to when money needs changing, because a bank is slow and the shopping-centre machine goes by its own rules.
The bot exists for a practical reason: the rate is what people ask about most, and answering by hand every time suits nobody. In the bot it is always current.
Our principle is simple: the rate is named before the deal, our fee is inside it, nothing added at the meeting. If a job is not for us, we say so plainly.
Where we work
Torrevieja and the Vega Baja comarca: the centre, La Mata and around. Trips to Orihuela Costa and to Punta Prima on its border are routine; for the urbanisations there is a write-up of exchanging in Orihuela Costa.
We publish no addresses and no fixed meeting points: the place is agreed individually.
