How we handle your data
This page describes what happens to your data when you visit this site and when you write to our Telegram bot. It is short because we collect little.
The rate only applies at the moment of your request, so it lives in the bot, not on this page.
What the site collects
The site is static: no contact forms, no registration, no user accounts. We install no visitor counters, advertising pixels or analytics. There are no tracking cookies, so you will not see a consent banner here either.
The only automatic thing is ordinary technical logging on the hosting side: IP address, browser type, the page requested, date and time. Practically every server keeps such records; they exist for reliability and protection against attacks, and we do not use them to profile visitors.
The site asks you for no personal data at all. You can read every page without telling us anything about yourself.
What is passed on when you write to the Telegram bot
When you write to the bot, we see what Telegram shows: your profile name and username, your user ID and the text of your messages. That is data you send yourself by starting the conversation.
As the request is drawn up, you give what the deal needs: route and amount, how you want the euros, transfer details, the area and time of the meeting. How much that comes to depends on your case; nothing spare is asked.
Telegram itself remains a third-party service with its own data rules. Everything you send through the messenger passes through its infrastructure, and our rules do not extend to that part.
Why we need the data and how long we keep it
One purpose: to complete the exchange you asked for, and to be able to go back to the details if questions come up.
The conversation in the bot is kept as long as serving the request and sorting out any dispute requires. You can delete the message history on your side at any moment with Telegram's own tools.
For mailings, advertising or any purpose other than the exchange itself, we do not use this data.
Who the data is shared with
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing or list swapping.
Technically it travels through services without which the whole thing does not run: Telegram, the site hosting, and — when euros go to an account — the banking system carrying the payment. Each receives only what its own part requires and acts under its own rules.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the European Union, the European data protection regulation applies to your data. It gives you the right to:
- find out what data of yours we hold;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased once there is no longer a basis for keeping it;
- restrict the processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a portable form;
- complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Some data may stay with us where the law requires it — for instance, where completed financial operations are concerned.
How to raise a data question
Through the same Telegram bot; we have no other channels. Write and say what you need, and the answer comes back the same way. Contacts are on the page where you can get in touch.
